Mornington Peninsula Beachside Tourism

Welcome to the Mornington Peninsula Beachside Tourism Association website – specifically developed to provide visitors with detailed information on the Mornington Peninsula region An hour’s drive via Peninsula Link and you’re in a Mediterranean world of vineyards, rolling hills, beautiful bay and surf beaches, quaint villages, markets and heritage buildings.

For sporting enthusiasts we have it all- golf courses, fishing, swimming with dolphins, riding horses, surf, sail and snorkel. Walking trails await with unique scenery – beach landscapes or the hinterland where you might finish up at one of the local wineries to enjoy local produce and award winning wines.

From Mornington to Pt Nepean history abounds. Explore the history behind Pt Nepean and WW1, relive accounts of shipwrecks on the coast, immigrants hospitalised and processed at the Quarantine Station, the history behind some of the old mansions and gardens.

Although close enough for day trippers, those who choose to stay a while will benefit from a great range of accommodation from heritage B&Bs to lodgings with swimming pools or magnificent views.
